    changed my admin password to ESR9375 router and can’t remember what it is now and am locked out. It’s for my home setup but since we are using prepaid Wimax service, I had to change admin settings as my teenage son is getting too smart for me.
    How can I reset back to factory settings? Would appreciate your help.

      press and hold the reset button for 20sec and the username and password will be reset to default

    im tyring to portfoward. but when i type the username and password(admin, and admin) the same window still pops up. i’ve been trying to do this for a while and im thinking about giving up all hope.

    my engenius 3500 router is not reseting back to factory settings when i press the reset button because i’ve forgotten the password that is there,so what should i do?
